These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Olga Sova website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a portfolio and online gallery showcasing original artworks and limited-edition prints created by Olga Sova (the "Artist"). The Site also allows visitors to inquire about artworks, request replicas of sold works, purchase prints and subscribe to occasional updates.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to original artworks, images, photographs, text, logos, design, layout and code — is the exclusive property of Olga Sova or its respective owners, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Orders placed through the Site are inquiries and are confirmed individually by email. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time — for example, if an artwork is no longer available, if pricing information was displayed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page and are subject to change without notice. Payment arrangements are made individually after order confirmation. Taxes, customs duties and shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is arranged individually for each order. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of the artwork. The Artist is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers or events beyond reasonable control.

7. Replicas and Commissions

Replicas of sold artworks may be available on request. Each replica is created individually and may vary slightly in color, texture or dimensions from the original. By requesting a replica, you acknowledge that it is not the original artwork and is treated as a separate order.

8. Returns and Refunds

Given the unique and often handmade nature of artworks and prints, returns are handled individually. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, about the accuracy, reliability or availability of the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Artist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, online galleries or social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
